The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean.
Room service and internet were both very expensive.

Hotel was close to Heathrow airport. Everything was nice and clean.
We didn't receive the extra cot that we asked for. Our dinner reservation was made incorrectly. In the morning we booked a taxi at the front desk and when we stepped out the front door another staff member said that he looked after the taxi's and cancelled the one that we had booked and put us in a private hire car that charged almost twice as much to take us to the airport. There seemed to be poor communication between staff members.
Overall: Fair. We did get a much better rate than their posted rate because we book through Acitve Holtels. (108049784)
