every thing was very good except as noted in bad points
The sunny side up eggs where prepared in advance, and had become hard. Should be prepared to order.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Making one feel at ease and welcome. Room was comfortable and cosy.
Error on bill which was rectified easily by a polite staff member. Not enough Tea Bags in room.
