Quad room was spacious, liked the idea of being provided with having both television and toilet facilities in the separate quad room. Security of car parking facility was excellent and felt secured. Liked the idea of getting a discount for using the restaurant facility near-by. Staff was very friendly and gave clear instructions, it was also helpful that staff was english speaking too.

The lighting in our quad room was very dim and had red lighting only, which was not sufficient enough to enable us to find our belongings in our suitcase and we had to use our own torch in evenings, also as there was no air conditioning the room was very hot and uncomfortable, fortunately our room was on the 1st floor therefore we were able to leave the bedroom window open all night as it was very hot and there was no air conditioning.

Overall: Overall would definitely come back, knowing the staff was very helpful and they gave clear instructions. Liked the idea that there are discounts to use the nearby restaurants. Also felt safe with the security for car parking facility which was excellent.  (107726698)

Overall: Lots of places to eat and a large supermarket with shops next door. Only 15mins from Bordeaux Centre by the great Tram Service  (107315612)

Comfortable rooms. Easily Accessible. Close to public transport into Bordeaux centre. Good breakfast.

Overall: I made a group booking for 40 persons. The hotel was very fast and efficient on check in. Breakfast was very good with adequate space for 40 persons. The hotel was exactly right for our group. Only criticism regarding prior information was that it should be made clearer on the website that the hotel restaurant is for breakfast only (not for evening dinner). Having said that, the restaurant next door was perfectly adequate.  (97955775)

The location was convenient to a major shopping center and there were several restaurants nearby, including a McDonalds.

Front desk couldn't recommend a nearby laundromat. Construction projects nearby made it extremely difficult to find the hotel. On every try, we made wrong turns. Website directions are vague and not detailed enough for someone not familiar with the area or French address conventions. The Carbon Blanc area is torn up with tram construction.

Overall: Our stay at the hotel, once we got there, was fine. The reception had our reservation and check-in was very smooth and speedy. The room was clean, tidy, and everything worked. Rooms are air conditioned, which was essential to comfort. The rooms are quiet. Perhaps the biggest plus was the proximity to a Carrefour store and it's attendant shopping center. The price made this a very good value, especially since we were four persons to a room. Given the narrowness of the streets and the attendant congestion, NOT staying within the city of Bordeaux was a definite plus.  (99678954)
