Staff very polite and efficient, surroundings are fantastic, rooms extremely comfortable.
Quality of breakfast hardly justified the 9.95 charged for it. Food generally warm and of average quality.

Breakfast was very good
Did not like being rung at 11.15 on a Sunday to say check out was at 11, especially as your records would indicate we had breakfast and would be getting ready to go

Nice comfortable rooms,facilities and accessories provided in room were good,everything you need, even a tea pot!
Very helpful staff throughout the hotel and a good leisure club free to use, good breakfast and nice peaceful location.
No air con so had to have the window open overnight with a reasonably noisy extractor fan just outside. Bathroom extractor fan sounded like being underneath the flight path at heathrow!
Even for a hotel drinks in the bar were really expensive, £3.45 a pint is more than I would pay at home in the South East.
Overall: Nice hotel, good location with good facilities and friendly helpful staff. Close to M1, and lots of good attractions. Decent value for money. (107690467)
