very large double room, beautifully furnished and quiet. Lovely dining room and large conservatory for guests to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea on arrival very welcome.

None I can think of.

Overall: Excellent, would stay again and would recommend to friends. Probably not worth paying extra for a sea view as the sea is rather distant. I'd go for the quieter (and a bit cheaoer) rooms at the rear of the hotel.  (107227404)

Presentation of facilities and services was superb .

Overall: This hotel reaches a standard others-especially many 5 star ones - only aspire to .It is achieved through attention to detail and the attitude of all staff from the bottom to the top. A relaxing break in an environment where nothing was too much trouble .  (107276475)

The locality was very central with some lovely walks by the sea and only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The car parking was satisfactory for the size of the hotel although it could become a bit busy if non residents were to appear for a meal or visit. We booked a superior room with a sea view but found some visitors/guests passing by the front window to gain access to the hotel instead of using the steps provided

We were on the ground floor with a sea view which was obscured by a net curtain which had to be drawn shut to avoid other guests/visitors from looking into the bedroom as they passed.

Overall: We found the staff very efficient and knowledgable, nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them. The meals were excellent with a very good choice of menu, especially at Breakfast. The only criticism of the room was I found the TV was fixed a trifle too high on the wall where one was straining to view but as we were out of the room most of the time it was not too much of a problem.  (97832839)

This was just beautiful, warm welcome lovely room and excellent food. Management were very caring and attentive. Most enjoyable.
