Very good location and good value.
There aren't much bad points. But you can say, TV is antient, some day it was noisy out side until 2-3am.

Location being very close to shopping center and sea front minutes away, View from hotel room of pier and sea front, cleanliness of hotel in general
Evening entertainment is very old fashioned, Lift works very slowly, Excessive noise from Pier Nightclub until 4 O'clock in morning, so unable to sleep as no double glazing fitted.No parking available even when indicated there was. Full English breakfast well I only seemed to get half a one.
Overall: Would not stay again at this hotel as it seems to cater for over sixties and the evening entertainment is also catered for the same. It is impossible to sleep at night due to turning out at the night club until 4 O'clock in the morning. None of this was warned about on the website prior to booking. Cleanliness of the hotel and helpfullness of the staff was fine. Very good selection in close proximity for eating out at any time of day. (107388806)
