The staff in the leisure complex were very pleasant

The food was appalling. We sent the starter back because the rocket looked as if it had been around for a week,the garnish on the main course was the same. The potatos were inedible and again looked reheated

Overall: Sadly the food let the hotel down very badly  (107625612)

Excellent value for money Convenient location

Receptionist was very pleasent and polite.

Cold disgusting breakfast was returned twice. No hot water for shower in morning. Sweltering temperature in room all night. Very loud party and loud drunk guests into early hours of morning. Staff seemed overwhelmed by workload. Duty mnager did not contact us to discuss our concerns/complaints

Overall: This is the third time we have used this hotel as it is convieniently located to visit family and friends we have never had any problems before and were very shocked and disappointed this time.  (107955627)

Breakfast started late, No snacks available on evening arrival other than minibar - bring back the coffee bar!
