Excellent rooms, large, clean and comfortable. Fantastic facilities, gym, swimming pool, spa and restuarants.

Internet access was costly (£15 per 24 hours) and no Wi-Fi.

Nice Hotel, Good Location, Excellent Staff

The price of everything & Bar Staff

Overall: The Hotel was nice, what you@d expect of a Hotel of it's reputation. The prices they charge for food and drinks are ridiculous. We ate in their mock Chinese Restaurant. The choice was limited, the quality if the food was no better than a supermarket takeaway, yet the price was 20 times that. The bar staff served what they thought you wanted. I ordered a bottle of beer and they arrived with a pint at more than double the price.  (108784374)

Good location for visiting the city centre - i.e., it is by the bus stop. Good location for the airport - hotel on the same side of Edinburgh as the airport. Good rate for overnight stop with prepaid booking. Breakfast was not included in the price so money was not wasted on a breakfast not needed.

Typical decor for a large chain hotel.

Very pleasant & helpful staff. Room was functionally comfortable. Excellent training suite, plus decent swimming pool/jacuzzi & sauna. Conveniently located for easy bus travel to city centre, and immediately adjacent to a very good zoo.

Inflexible catering arrangements - couldn't just order a snack for the children without either paying the going rate for the child's buffet, or committing to a full paying adult whereby children feed for free.(Just a small point, but we had eaten out and only required a sandwich for our daughter).Bar prices are verging on the ridiculous!!!

Toilet door broken in room, & unable to close & lock Leisure center too small. Viewing window at the pool too big, everone staring in at the people in the pool,
