Friendly, attentive staff, made you feel you were staying with old friends

The food was excellent the rooms beautifully presented and very clean. The staff could not do enough for us and were very friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to inform us of local attractions and facilities, places to eat and visit.
Overall: Was a very enjoyable stay would definitely stay here again. (108772384)

Beautifully, tastefully furnished,pristine hotel. Super-friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. Tricia was a fountain of knowledge re best restaurants, places to visit, tram tickets etc. Breakfast was superb with a vast choice. Superb accommodation and lovely proprieters. We will definately recommend this fabulous place and we will be going back.
Not one bad point.
Overall: Fantastic. We had 3 great nights there. Brilliantly situated....with the tram stop on the doorstep giving easy access to all the attractions yet far enough out to avoid all the noise. You won't find better accommodation anywhere else. (108527289)
