ALTHOUGH QUALITY OF FOOD WAS GOOD THE FOOD WAS NOT VERY WARM NOT HELPED BY BEING SERVRD ON COLD PLATES

Very nice view.
The water was yellow, dishes were always dirty. House keeper didn't work well, need more education for them(it looked like many young women worked).

Grill bar service very poor 15 minute to get a drink and it was NOT busy, food was poor and very slow nearly 45 minutes for one course.
In main bar (GF) service was hopless Irish Coffe served with no Irish (or scotish) Whisky!
