Very satisfactory facilities. the receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

None other than the absence of a lift. There was one but it had broken down.

Overall: If we come again to Newcastle we shall hope to stay in the same hotel  (108159496)

Free Wifi and Bar

Overall: Clean Room, Spartan, Carpets need replacing and a general overhaul of the place would help. The lobby area had newer furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit thin. Also did have parking. Ok to rest your head and get some work done would not stay here with family.  (108479974)

Handy location, generally quieter here than in nearby Osbourne Rd. Parking available (limited but adequate as few guests). Free Wifi internet. Most staff friendly, if a little loud. Reasonable full breakfast. Room a decent size and bed quite comfortable.

TV didn't work. Room not cleaned one day when we were in room until 9:05, although cleaners were still in the corridor outside when we left. Toilet had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. Reading lights very close to bed could burn you or even melt plastic objects left on the bedside cabinet. Limited choice of breakfast. Down market feel. Breakfast time limited to 7:00 to 9:00 in the week, an hour later at weekends.

Staff very friendly and helpful,full morning breakfast very good.

The room that we stayed in was a bit on the small side for 2 adults

Overall: The area that the hotel is situated is close to the haunts of the local students and their dwelling places so there was some noise late at night / early morning, which is no fault of the hotel  (107740662)
