Very comfortable and convenient for town & seafront. Appreciated the service of a night porter

Poor sound insulation of inner walls/ceiling in bedroom - I was several times woken by the sound of an adjacent toilet being flushed

Attentive service and good food

Overall: When we checked in, we were with my 95 year old mother. We had been to a family funeral in Chichester and my mother was booked into another hotel in Bournemouth from Monday 27th October on holiday. I had mentioned this in a previous telephone conversation with receptionist Emma. When we arrived, she remembered us and promised the utmost care for my mother during her stay and even agreed to take her on to the next hotel on the monday. Thanks for all your help.  (107964042)

Friendly staff. Fast/efficient check in. Good food

The sauna was broken and the jacuzzi was not warm enough. A very noisey hotel next door - seemed to have an all night party going on.

Overall: Good hotel. Need to do something about the noise coming from the next door hotel though.  (107138106)
