Allocated a large, bright family room and a double room next door.
Second room very dark with very little natural light and low wattage bulbs in the fitments. The small lift to floor 3a absolutely reeked of sweaty feet, had to cover your nose when travelling it it. Asked Reception if they could put air freshener in, but it didn't happen while we were there.
Overall: Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. (107543458)

clean room, nice location near to amenities.friendly staff.
when booking, lack of understanding and spelling of my name, had to call back as didnt receive confirmation email, as spelling of name was wrong even though I spent a consderably lengthly conversation with reservation agent. The fact that we couldnt check in till 3pm was also a downpoint.
Overall: would stay there again, but not for a romantic break, more for a hen night or general night out with friends. but it served its prpose. (107839170)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
