the bed was good

the breakfast and it was boring

Staff were friendly

Alot of noise on the saturday night by group of rowdy men got no sleep and staff did absolutely nothing to control it even though its clearly stated that no anti-social behavior will be tolerated I was bitterly disappointed in the lack of action from the staff.

Overall: First night very nice second night absolute disaster I feel Ishould have been refunded my money for the second night as I should not have had to endure anyting remotely as disturbing as I did, I WAS ACTUALLY AFRAID TO LEAVE MY ROOM ALL NIGHT!!!  (107689158)

The hotel was very clean and a comfortable place to stay. The staff were very nice.

On our first night in your hotel the remote control for the television was n't working. But I'm glad to say that this problem was rectified the next day.

friendly staff, easy to get to and clean

little bit noisy from people outside (nothing that the hotel could do of course)and the ice cream vending machine was out of order which disappointed the children
