Great room, loved the large bathroom and shower.
No Mini Bar!!
Girl who checked me in was polite but I struggled to understand everything she said.
Carpets in hall and stairs needed replacing years ago.
Breakfast was sub-standard.
Overall: I was impressed with the room, large, clean and interesting. (108128821)
Good value for money and staff polite enough.
Very little car parking space and the gilr at the check-in desk couldnt help advise us where we could try so just had to keep driving around.
Also the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (faulty)

Nice isolated part of the hotel with a separate entrance. Made it feel like home. Lovely conservatory. Very nice restaurants around the hotel.
TV too small (14in) for this day and age. TV remote didn't work. Bed too mobile and separates from bed-head when sleeping. Don't bother with the Malaysian restaurant owned by the hotel, food is terrible and costs the earth.
