Staff were friedly, room was comfortable.

It took an hour + to get a replacement remote control, meaning I was unable to turn the volume down or tune into the program I wished to watched therefore I missed it which I was not happy about. Also the website asked if a smoking room was required, which I requested only to find the entire hotel was smoke free, it would have been nice to have been advised of this before my visit.

Overall: We both found our stay very comfortable and pleasant. All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were very well cooked and nicely presented.waitress service excellent. We would certainly stay at the hotel again and would certainly recommend it to our friends.  (108854173)
