Nice,clean modern hotel,in a not built up position, I was suprised how quiet it was considering that it is next to the airport.I could even see the coast from my room.

Staff excellent - friendly and helpful. Design of hotel superb and rooms well equipped and clean
Only bad points - 1) we found it very difficult to flush the toilet in our bedroom - the buttons were very stiff and 2) although the design of the door which serves both the toilet and bedroom was ingenious my wife trapped her fingers when opening the door from inside the bathroom - think this is very easily done.
Overall: Excellent - will definitely use again when visiting friends in Barry. (108996958)

Staff were so friendly and helpful - breakfast available at 4am before our flight, and driver ran us to airport just when we needed to go.

Everything was excellent we have stayed in some 3 and 4 star hotels that have not provided the standard we received at this hotel Great helpful staff and breakfast enough of a good choice for continental and plenty of it thank you
Not applicable, couldnt open windows but has air conditioning sothis helped
