Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Very clean.

Corridors and rooms very dingy and in need of a light, refreshing coat of paint. Lounge extremely dismal and gloomy. None availability of lunches or snacks during the day. Overall the hotel is in need of modernisation.

Staff were friendly and helpful and given the price I paid for the room it was good value for money. Food was plentiful & well cooked.

Cooked breakfast on the first morning was not kept hot, mushrooms and baked beans were cold.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel that they already knew us.

I was unable to complete my booking via the internet and had to do it by telephone. This was fine.

Overall: We had originally booked one night but because of the weather were unable to get home and were very happy to have to stay a second one.  (107374575)

Convenient location, staff helpful and polite, wi-fi, surprisingly good restaurant, large en-suite bathroom.

Luke warm water and poor shower in bathroom, broken lightbulb in room, room temperature - cold early evening, hot at night.
