Staff were very friendly/helpful/approachable. Cooked breakfast excellent. Dining room very good. Main hotel looked lovely, clean, welcoming. Excellent parking. Some lovely features ie windows, within the main hotel.

Stayed in Annexe but this could do with refurbishing. Very noisy room as it was near the back door. Location from tram station was a good 10 mins brisk walk.

Overall: Enjoyed the stay for one night but would have preferred to have been in the main hotel. Considering what we paid, good value for money.  (108132690)

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
