Lovely, quiet situation. Very convenient for both Bath and Bristol. Enjoyable dinner, dining room full of character.
Poor check in process - a mistake had been made over room, so my sister and I had to wait nearly an hour whilst another room was readied. We were given drinks in the lounge whilst we waited. Though there was hot water in the room, the radiator was not working , and after a complaint, we were given an electric convector heater for our stay. On the Saturady night, because of a party in the main house, we had to walk all round the building in the wind and rain to access the dining room.
Overall: Overall a fair stay, large party on Saturday night did not affect other guests re noise. (108278816)

Very peaceful and quiet, well placed for the park and ride into Bath, twin club rooms are excellent
The double club room we were offered first was small, had no bath and only a tiny window.
Overall: Once we had moved to the twin club room we enjoyed everything about the stay. The restaurant for breakfast is very imposing and the breakfasts were very good. (108893860)

Staff very friendly and professional
shower hung down and rubber seal round door u/s reported on first night but
nothing done, food was to fancy and spicy for my palate which is a personal thing

Excellent hotel....staff were excellent...food was excellent.....accommodation was excellent....This hotel would please even the most difficult person......I would recommend it to anyone....
Overall: This was a business trip with an extended night to visit Bath.....the whole experience was excelent this is a hotel that I would highly recommend the attention that the staff (all staff) give is excellent as is everything else about the hotel..... (107924902)
