Great location, value for money, and competent staff.

Our room was No. 566. Very complicated to get to from Reception.

Located in a nice area & close to Heathrow. Good common facilities, clean & tidy.

Location

No bath (not clear when booking that it only had a shower), woken 3 consecutive days by fire drill? alarm at 6:30am EVEN ON A SUNDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Internet wireless was slow and often unavailable

Parking and reception excellent - on the edge bistro and bar and staff superb Very well policed so that there was ample space for residents even though parking was limited the staff did a brilliant job on a very busy day

double charged for meal accidently I know but created an issue prior to leaving when we were in a hurry and didnt need the delay - eventually got the bill right NO POOL OR LEISURE FACILITIES big minus which means I would not stay again The room could do with some instructions on working TV and AC Breakfast - we would have benefitted if the waiting staff mentioned that eggs could be ordered independantly of the buffet food - personally would have preferred poached eggs but this service was not offered and it was only after we had eaten that we noticed someone else ordering food!

Overall: Very good - but disappointed with the lack of pool or gym which from the online information I thought was there. Due to the lack of this facility I would not stay there again but the staff reception, waiting and bar staff were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who didnt want a pool  (107647126)
