The hotel had a great location,breakfast was excellent,and all staff we met could not have been more helpful.
The hotel was slightly dated but our room had been refurbished and was clean and very comfortable and we had all the facilities we needed.
Overall: Overall the hotel met with all our needs and when we asked on leaving the hotel about car parking facilities the person we spoke to clearly gave us the information we needed so in the future we will go by car and not by train. (108321345)

From the start of boooking to the end of our stay i couldn't fault anything,
No bad points to report
Overall: The stay was very enjoyable although it was only for 1 night. The staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and professionable.Our room over looked the York Minster, we couldn't believe it. What a superb view. (108827034)

very impressed with night porter. an first class rep for the hotel.
was very impressed by the front desk employees and the duty manager on sunday when we had a slight problem.
