The room was excellent. On arrival we were upgraded to a master suite, which was lovely. They had a wedding reception on the night of our stay, however, we couldn't hear any noise at all. All the staff were very attentive. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

Very comfortable room and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful
Robe missing from room but too tired to get one! Also forgot my swimsuit so didnt make best use of the facilities.

High standard of food especially when dining in the evening
Helpful friendly staff
First room we stayed in was extremely hot, the radiator had been turned off prior to our stay and yet it was stuffy and in need of fresh air. During the night the room just got hotter, i was unable to open the window due to a flat roof and a stair way out side the window, as a woman with a 12 year old daughter, i felt uneasy about keeping a window open during the night. One member of staff was quite rude and questioned me as if i was lying, not helpful at all; not the sort of person you need fronting the reception desk and dealing with guests. The younger staff at the reception desk were friendly, polite and helpful.
Overall: In general the hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were well mannered and professional. We enjoyed our stay and felt relaxed after the weekend. (107944221)
