Quality and size of room. Very friendly and helpful staff. High quality and wide choice of hot and cold food at breakfast.
Lack of information in the room about the hotel and particularly the restaurant. On the night we stayed there was a function on and we were unable to get into the bar as it was so packed.

Modern hotel. Room was very good and the beds were very comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Some lights in the room did not work.
We were wakened on a few occasions during the night (about 2am and 3am )with
loud voices and doors banging. I think this was caused by students who had been
at a graduation dinner.
Overall: Very good apart from the disturbance during the night. The hotel 15/20 minutes walk from the town centre, NOT 5 minutes. (108000759)
