Easy to find and only a short walk into City Center. Excellent breakfast.
Parking around back bit of a squeeze.
Overall: As in all things - you get what you pay for. Overall a very presentable guest house, clean, convenient to center and facilities. Value was reasonable, worth not driving back after standing for 2.1/2 hours at a concert at The Met. Will stay here again if in the area. (108321897)

- 10 mins walk from Bury centre, plus excellent bus service.
- Clean
- Excellent breakfast
- Plenty of hot water
- Free parking
- No soundproofing internally or externally (from main road)
- Poky rooms (we used two) with inadequate lighting and hanging arrangements
- Nearest restaurant 15 mins walk away
Overall: - Hotel disappointing. - Bury market is all that it's cracked up to be, well worth a visit. - Very few restaurants in area or town. (108596098)
