Pleasant staff - close to beach - good food

location right on beach. Staff very friendly and helpful.
room not clean, carpet not vacuumed during whole 4 day stay, despite informing front desk on arrival. Generally overpriced. Could not see view as double glazing faulty! General facilities, despite having a small pool, not up to the standard they are charging for.
Overall: This is a family hotel that aspires to be a Holiday Inn - it is not! Perhaps it should concentrate on the family market and price its rooms accordingly. (107850225)
Excellent location, good bar
I was disappointed that I was not informed prior to my stay that a Wedding Party would be held until 2am. This kept me awake until this time. I would not have expected this unless it would have obviously disrupted my stay, which it did as I am sure every room in the hotel would have been kept awake. If I had known I would probably have booked another night. I was disappointed with the room size, and know now that I was only paying for the location of the hotel. I was disappointed with the bathroom as I would have expected better from a 3star hotel. It was very small and old fashioned. The breakfast I found to be only adequate as only one person was serving/clearing tables when I was eating and I had to request hot drinks, it was not offered and I felt cheeky asking as there was no sign or menu suggesting that this was the protocol.
Overall: Overall, would be a nice hotel when a party was not going on, but perhaps not up to the standard I was expecting. (107712093)
