There were no good points

The staff were an insult to the hospitality industry

Overall: This was several points below Faulty Towers. The check-in was perfunctory, unfriendly and lacked essential information which might have avoided later problems. The restaurant staff were rude to the point of insult. The concerned care of hotel guests - in our case at least - was not on offer.  (108927284)

Price. Close to the loch.

Rather run down. Thought the hotel had closed down when I arrived and saw the outside.

Efficient and friendly service from all of the staff.

TV reception/range of programmes not as one would expect. It might be better not to have TV and have radio/cd player instead

Staff helpful and friendly, good room service, good breakfast. Superb location.

First allocated bedroom had a rainwater leak - changed to a different room. Bedroom central heating radiators were not in use, but a small wall mounted electric convection heater was available.

Overall: Despite atrocious weather we enjoyed our stay.  (107743197)
