There were no good points
The staff were an insult to the hospitality industry
Overall: This was several points below Faulty Towers. The check-in was perfunctory, unfriendly and lacked essential information which might have avoided later problems. The restaurant staff were rude to the point of insult. The concerned care of hotel guests - in our case at least - was not on offer. (108927284)

First allocated bedroom had a rainwater leak - changed to a different room. Bedroom central heating radiators were not in use, but a small wall mounted electric convection heater was available.
