Well located, car parking available, clean sheets & shower

Hard to find, not very good at giving directions to the apartments, no wine glasses (had to buy these ourselves), no tea towels (also had to buy these ourselves), lack of cooking equipment (not really enough to cook a meal),beds pretty uncomfortable, apartment constantly hot with no heaters or equipment on, door in lounge room coming off one of the hinges as well as one of the bedroom windows

Overall: Our stay was ok, conveinence wise it was good however not containing some of the basics was pretty disappointing. The experience started off not great when we were placed in a 1 bedroom apartment when we ordered and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. It was fixed quickly but a little annoying. Then to have no tea towels, wine glasses and not much to cook with was a little more frustrating. As much as this is self catering it was difficult to cook a meal for ourselves due to the lack of equipment supplied. Would stay here again for a short time however would look for somewhere else first.  (107858339)

It was easy no hassle On site staff friendly.

It would be churlish to mention few minor points which however did not spoil the stay.eg. no teapot.

It provided adequate space for a family with adult children. It was very close to the bus line which provided excellent service to downtown.

There were not sufficient chairs(none of which were comfortable) to sit in and relax in the living room. The threshold to the bathroom had a screw that was sticking up that could cut your foot, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

Great to have a settee and a proper table to eat from - I hate rooms where you have to sit on the bed all the time. Everything worked (except my internet!)

need a 'closer' on the front door as it banged loudly every time it was used! The bed was a bit uncomfy but if you're tired enough?!?! Couldn't get the wifi to work but that was probably me!

Very clean and roomy.

The apartment was a little far from the town centre, without a car it would be difficult to get to.

Overall: The apartment was clean and well set out. There were plenty of beds, bedding and seats for everyone. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equiped.  (97913608)
