Checking in and out very slow, given that all information already captured online. Queues building up during check out and given guests look like they were business people needing to get to meetings, this is not convenient. Suspect that your computer systems were not optimal.

Clean and comfortable room, excellent service and the limited meals we had were first class

We were on level 6 - room 695. We were informed that this entitled us to complimentary drinks and snacks at "The Level" lounge. We assumed it was on the same level but could not find it after a tour of the entire floor! So returned to the room, found no information as to the whereabouts of this lounge and had to therefore telephone customer services, only to discover it was right beside our priority check in. The whereabouts of "The Level" lounge needs to be made clear to eligible customers as the priviledge is an excellent idea, spoilt by no information on how to locate it. Complimentary drinks were very generous - no penny pinching here! But - Oh Dear - the snacks were terrible. Soggy, stale and uninspiring. Conclusion is that if you can inform customers of the location of "their" lounge and improve the quality of the snacks, you have a real winner. Above apart, reminiscent of a top quality First Class departure lounge at an airport, with an aura of calm.An attractive "perk"

Overall: Favourable. Would certainly book again and assume that we might get a better deal on rates next time by booking direct with hotel online, rather than through an agency. Please comment.  (108146291)

Helpful & friendly staff. Good food. Well equipped & clean room.

Overall: Interesting lift system. Staff exceptionally helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel in a central London location. Would definitely stay again.  (108894711)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
