Excellent service and quality
Overall: Short stay but hotel quiet (107419801)
Location, excellent breakfast, sea view, pool area, staff friendliness, cheap rates can be found if booked in advance.
Room not available until 3pm, £3.50 room delivery charge for food and when I moved a bedside cabinet there was dirt behind it, so cleanliness could be improved slightly.
Overall: A good hotel in a good location (quiet end of Blackpool) but only a 15 minute walk to the tower. My daughter enjoyed the pool area and the staff were efficient and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast with ample choice and a decent enough room although slightly on the small side. The room wasn't available until 3pm which I thought a bit late as the day is almost over by then. Check in should be no later than 2pm in any hotel. Also £3.50 room service charge for food seemed excessive, so opted to get a takeaway and bring it back to the room. A good hotel and an enjoyable stay overall. (108311007)

serving tea/coffee and juice as you arrive at table for breakfast. serving of starter as soon as you arrive at table for dinner. the above may be fifferent to what we are used to but!!!!! being irish.

excellent staff and good hotel
confusion at check in as you dont offer family rooms but they sorted out an extra bed for us.We have had to pay £75 extra for our stay in August which i am not pleased about.
