The quality of the public areas i.e. the bar and reataurant was very poor

Staff pleasant but not punctual, central location so close to all main attractions.
Promised checkin time not avaliable even 90 mins later so given another inferior room where heating could not be turned down and single beds instead of double. Eventually changed rooms but no fridge and inferior bathroom. We have used the Hilton chain for years and have been members of the Hilton Club but this experience was less than satisfactory.Staff promised to follow up concerns but rarely did.
Overall: Disappointing- we have never complained about accomodatuion before and travel continually. It is with regret that we write these notes but we hope it may help regain the Hilton's great name. (108723050)

Clean and roomy.
Overall: I mistakenly booked the wrong date when using the on-line service, following a short phone call to your customer services we were re-scheduled and the rest ran like clockwork...as detailed above.
