No electric working in the room, Heater not working. Loud music playing until 2 in the morning. No tea of coffee facilities, Dirty, No parking, No breakfast, Staff were unhelpful

I think it is ridiculous to offer a hotel which keeps it's guests awake half the night with an extremely loud disco on your site or indeed anywhere else. I had hardly any sleep which in view of the fact that I was attending the British Fencing Championships the next day is totally unacceptable. Also the electricity constantly failed, which as the heating system is electric and it was snowing outside is once again totally unacceptable
