Very easy to find the hotel and not too far away from the German Market

There was NO water in the hotel when we woke up on the Saturday morning which meant we could not shower, wash or use the toilet!! We complained at the desk and were told there was no water!

Overall: Ok for a night, shame about the water but convenient and clean!  (108286920)

Friendly and efficient staff.

1. WC walls were dirty and the brown marks gave the impression of being covered in faeces. 2. Car park was full which was ok as alternative arrangements were provided at the nearby IBIS hotel,however as a visibly disabled person who could not walk well or far I was denied access to disabled parking facilities because I did not have a 'Blue Badge' with me.
