the matress on our bed was awful and probably the most uncomfortable one i have had the mis-fortune to sleep on. It was rather akin to a half filled water bed.
The service in the bar area was very slow and there were several of the beers that were unavailable. We ate in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, and again the service was very slow. Our waitress apologised 3 or 4 times and felt obliged to offer us complimentary coffee at the end of the meal. My wife had to send her dessert back when she finally received it, as it was absolutely ruined. Needless to say we declined the offer of the coffee, paid our bill and retired to our room.
Overall: Very disappointed, restaurant food poor and fairly expensive. Room adequate but comfort of the bed was awful (108411157)

Also, hotel seems hard to find for drivers coming from London as the postal code does not show up on their GPS. When a person calls and asks for the street address, could I suggest you provide it in addition to the postal code?

Wi-Fi didn't reach my room. Only BBC 3 and Sky News as additional TV channels when it stated satelite tv?!
