friendly efficient staff

carpet was wet in the bedroom next to the bed the tv didnt work properly and thei was only one towel in the bathroom for two of us. i askes reception for someone to come and have a look at the carpet but nothing was done . we did however get an extra towel!

Booked on the internet and found it extremely easy. On arrival found that the room was cold and informed staff and they immediately acted on request and ensured that the room was heated. Also found that no information on the working of the TV, once again, action was taken and we then found the information (even a child could follow the instructions) on how to use the TV. Instructions were placed in the book, instead of being placed on the little table with the controls. You had a very big selection of food for breakfast, we arrived at 8.30am and found that the food was cold i.e, sausages etc. Some of the food had been cooked quite early, so it had dried out. Tea and coffee was cold. We informed the lady on reception and she did say she would deduct £10 from our bill, we said no, we had a really good night and it was a shame that the only thing that spoiled it was the breakfast. It may be that you need to stagger how much food is cooked at one time, if necessary, ask customers, what time they would like breakfast (they may have to go to meetings etc) and if they say they do not know, make them aware that they may have to wait awhile, as breakfast will take a few minutes’ to prepare. Apart from the breakfast, your staff and the facilities were excellent.

Warm, comfortable, clean. We ate in the Italian Restaurant where the service was first-class and very friendly. We would certainly come again.
