Hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decor of hotel and rooms were lovely.

There was some confusion over our booking. Lady on front desk was very helpful and all was sorted out swiftly.

Pleasantly surprised by the newness of the decor and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was buffet and quite good especially since it was included in the room ratw.

The water in the shower wasn't very hot but we were prewarned of this when we checked in.

Nice bathroom and shower, nice having the balcony facility bearing in mind rooms are non-smoking - shows good thought and understanding of clientele.

waitress at breakfast was miserable!

Very welcoming and clean

We used the hotels restaurant, the food was good but we felt rushed with the meal. As soon as we had finished our starter (i had just put my fork down) when the waiter was standing there with our mains! Also as a smoker there was no area for smokers, felt uneasy using the back entrance of the hotel to smoke.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
