Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Comfortable bedroom. Good lounge and bar facilities. Food (breakfast and dinner) tasty and plentiful.
Ideally it would be great for people like me, with mobility problems, if there was a way into the hotel without having to go up steps to the front door. Within the hotel there is good disabled access, including a lift.

Very good selection for breakfast. Nice touch that they had DVD library that you could borrow from as there was DVD player in bedroom also internet if you needed to use it.

poor to adequate service of staff in the dining rooms. On the sunday, staff clearly appeared not to want to be at work with a poor attitude to guests. Would ask manager to consider vegetarian options for breakfast menu.
Overall: I found the location of the hotel good, with car parking facilities being useful. I liked the hotel itself and the management were good but some dining staff let the management down, I may stay once again but would not if the same problem arose again on a second visit. (97273455)
