Nice large room and bathroom.
Front of house staff though efficient and friendly did not have local knowledge or chat informally as has been our experience in hotels in this area in past years. Also when we returned to the hotel at 7pm we could not park and had to drive around for several minutes before we parked in a no parking bay. We eventually went out and moved the car when the car park had emptied a little. We think it was due to events at the Country club but feel residents should have priority as you could not park on the road outside.
Overall: Apart from the above comments which spoilt the experience a little it was ok. (108679689)

broken bed reported on first day, repair not carried out and staff response when checking out, oh sorry about that. cleaners did not clear rubbish from room from on site takeaway service. soft play area for children extremely makeshift.
Overall: okay. next time would stay in hotel more central so you dont have to depend on hotel for everything. as langdale was very limited and not value for money. (107658273)
