Good location, clean, well lit area.

Bed was lumpy. Heating didn't come on so was a little cold during our stay.

Good Location

Height of parking garage was not known by staff, while checking in I was advised that my Hi Top van hired for the trip would not go in, I phoned previously and was advised it would go in, then after finding this out I was advised that I shouldnt have listened to the door man (just security not employee of apartment owners) there was alternative, everything i did was wrong - apparently, parking money still not refunded yet, but dont have an invoice either, you can bet i have been charged! I cant make up my mind whether I would stay here again or not, we have to work in Manchester for 3 months. Not sure I can take the bickering.

Overall: Design of room more like a bed sit, rooms not separated by dividing wall, my son who wanted to watch TV kept me awake.  (108165654)

Friendly Staff and modern appartments

Modern, clean and so much better than an hotel room. A home from home.

Dinner service let it down, very odd plates etc, like somebody's cast offs. Spoilt the overall look and feeling.

Overall: An excellent stay, I would do this again rather than get an hotel. It had potential to be noisy, corridor noise travelled but on this occaision everybody was quiet and respectful. A complementary pint of milk would have been good for a cup of tea in the morning, you can't think of bringing everything!  (99829962)
