Value for money. Easy travel into central London.

Some electric power points did not work.Shower curtain could of gone full length of the bath.

Overall: It was good value for money and I would stay there again. Did not have breakfast due to it being too expensive.  (108868968)

the room was ok, ironing facility good, the room was a bite clean

no refrigerator, breakfast too expensive, during the hotel booking online it says that my card will not be charge that it is for reservation purpose only, I called the hotel which they confirmed that my card will not be charge and I told the staff that I want to pay by cash when i get to the hotel,at the time I get to the hotel, I was told that the hotel fee has been charge from my card, i was so angry because I did not have enough money on the card that will cover the hotel fee. i found out that my bank have charge me for going over drawn

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
