Excellent customer service; friendly staff; excellent food.
very small room with sloping roof - banged my head twice! Poorly placed bath meant I could easily bang my head. Toilet flush failed intermittently.
Overall: Overall satisfied as only there for 1 night. The room would have been too small for much longer than that, (108435954)

good for cleveland way and a quick walk to the pub in runswick bay
room and bathroom were very poor,not a picture in sight and an impossible shower.wine list looked good but was missing some wines,and the bar was poorly designed,all in all a good location rather poorly designed.

Room was nicely furnished and food, when we ate, was very good - see below although to blow dry hair I had to move furniture because there was no plug close to a mirror - very annoying.
My break was spoilt by such a small thing, which cost the hotel revenue. The website states that mineral water and complimentary treats were included. When we questioned why there was no water in room on second night, we were told it was only provided on arrival. I was so cross, we ate out every meal. I put a complaint in visitors book but the page was ripped out.
Overall: I would not go again. The business about the water completely coloured my view. Also we stepped out of room into the laundry with piles of ironing all over the floor.I don't know what they considered to be 'complementary treats'. There was nothing that you would not get in any decent hotel and there was not even a box of tissues. (107901418)

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The few from our room was excellent. Service very good, evening meal and breakfast excellent.
Overall: We would reccomend this hotel. The room was spacious/clean and comfortable. The views from our balcony/window was excellent. The staff were very good. Could not find any faults, would definately stop again. (107679244)
