Very helpful staff. Health club well equipped if compact.

Access to bedrooms via lobby which was being used for wedding photos was somewhat awkward on arrival.

Staff behind front desk where extremely helpful. Waiting on staff so-so.

Either remote didn't work for TV in bedroom or I was doing it wrong. Didn't report it due to nature of stay

Overall: Used two rooms for meetings being held and found staff were great in terms of setting that up and found the venue very good for what we needed  (107811350)

Great premises, well decorated, well presented, nice and airy. The beds were exceedingly comfortable

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
