The piper outside playing ,was a nice touch,adding to the atmosphere of area.
Food good quality.
1.No facility for guests/residents to book table for food ,the people off the street has same call on tables.
2.The price charged for room was quite a bit above the price quoted in the (Where to stay in Scotland 2009)guide.
Overall: My wife enjoyed it ,which is a bonus,I also enjoyed it,but would have liked to been able to budget from (official tourist's guide of prices 2009.) (108938673)

everything about this hotel was execellent but for one thing see below,
the food in the evening and the breakfast could not have been better.
When we arrived at the hotel for which I had booked two double rooms there was a problem in that for some unknown reason they had only allocated us one room,
as it was they managed to find us another room only because someone else booked out unexepectentley. If this had not happened I do not know what they would have done your comments would be appreciated.
Overall: excellent place to stay right in the middle of aveimore (108885031)

Excellent, friendly staff. Food lovely, hot and plenty of it. Will definately use this hotel again. Rooms clean and had all that was needed. Bed huge, comfy and lots of pillows.
Overall: Everyone was helpful and pleasant. Lovely area, good food and overall fantastic place. (108430960)
