The hotel was reasonably priced.
Good location.
Comfotable bedroom.
The room was not clean. There were hairs in the bath.
The toilet seat was cracked and uncomfortable to sit on.
There was a lot of noise from the stairs during the night.
The reception staff did not smile or make us feel at all welcome.

Location of hotel and friendliness of staff. Rooms were spacious and well-maintained.
Internet-booking system had over-booked available rooms so when we arrived at hotel were told we would have to stay one night in Morecambe as no other hotels had rooms available in Lancaster.
Overall: Staying one night in Morecambe was disappointing for us as the whole reason for trip was to be in Lancaster City Centre. Hotel receptionist was helpful though and we were able to reimburse taxi fares between Lancaster and Morecambe. (108373983)

Overall: it was a couple of days break for us now that our children have grown up, and it was a very good feeling that we are able to get out and about to enjoy our lives for once, instead of being tied to the house. (108272062)
