Room was clean, Concierge was very helpful, all staff courteous. Good choice at breakfast.
Lovely spa and facilities
No teletext on tv, no sky sports channels, outside of the hotel not kept very clean or tidy, bar and restaurant prices very expensive, tried to telephone reception 7 times as no towels in room, but no answer.
Overall: Would stay at the hotel again, if the prices in the bar and restaurant were lower would have eaten there all the time, but had to go out to eat most evenings. (107434411)

Booking online was simple yet the form stated my card would not be charged and even though I paid in cash my card was still charged.

Excellent friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable spacious rooms. Very clean. Super location.
Bar prices are way too high especially as the clubs across the road have 'normal' prices. Though the food is perfectly OK breakfast is a rather chaotic affair.
Overall: Absolutely wonderful. Our room overlooked the golf course. Staff always said 'good morning' and tried to help. (107990564)
