The hotel was in a good location - the town centre was easily reached on foot. The shower in the room was also very good.

Breakfast was adequate, but unfortunately food and juice were not replaced when they ran out. Therefore, if you arrived for breakfast towards the end of service you had very little choice. The website stated that there was car parking available, but this is misleading. There were only three parking spaces, which is totally inadequate for a hotel of this size. The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities which was disappointing.

The Staff were very attentive and helpfull and nothing was too much trouble from carrying one of my bags to the lift to providing ironing equipment. Food was very tasty as well.

No tea making facillities. Also having to provide my card details 3 times was confusing and in my view unecessary

Very limited parking - only 3 spaces. We were lucky this time.

the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was simply furnished but perfectly clean and bright.

no radiator in the bathroom, I am glad it wasn't winter when I stayed!

Overall: this is the second time I have stayed in this particular hotel, the first being 2/3 years ago. the fact that I revisited really says it all.  (107393456)
