Stayed for two nights in November 2009 and found the owners to be very pleasant.
The rooms and bathrooms had recently been renovated and were in excellent condition and the heating system was efficient.
The breakfast was adequate consisting of cereals, fruit and full english followed by toast and coffee or tea.
Overall: A very pleasant stay and would recommend this establishment to others. (108238048)

Near Swaffham town centre, yet secluded. Excellent friendly, and efficient attention. Detailed advice on places of interest to visit readily given by the proprietors.
We experienced none.
Overall: Very positive. However, note that Lydney House does not claim to be a HOTEL, and some facilities, staff levels etc. naturally reflect that. (108435726)
