It was spacious and clean

small point however, television small and poor signal

Overall: We were bowled over by the staff, they were A1 and a great example of good service. As the intention of our visit was to visit releatives we did not have any expectations other than that of a five star hotel. Our expectations were met fully and we plan to stay longer, later on in the year enabling us to sample the hotel fully.  (97394399)

Beautiful setting.

Hotel is being refurbished. Areas that should have been blocked off, weren't. No directions from room to reception..so couldnt help but trick across the areas being refurbished when trying to find your way around!

Overall: I'm sure when the refurbishment has been completed then this will be lovely. But felt in its current state..the room was overpriced and the food and drink..although good, really were too expensive.  (97927745)
