Confident, intelligent, helpful and cheerful staff, comfortable bed, modern shower.
Clearly, there is a programme of room improvement, but it would help if shower had a receptacle for soap, the toilet seats were not 'active', the roller blind actually held a blind and the inset lightbulbs in the ceiling all worked; all minor points.

not a good check in,room very dated and not clean,as this was the exspensive four poster room it was very noisy from the air con ? units outside,set out of the room did not work,toilet was very hard to flush,towels were stained,carpet in a bathroom?. entrance to the resturant from the courtyard was very dirty dead flies on window sill, being vegitarian i asked for an extra egg instead of the meat for breakfast i did not get this,the breakfast was not very hot
