friendly and clean
No ensuite toilet.
No desk/table to work at in the room
B'fast not avail at reqd time.
Very hot so window open but very noisy traffic/pedestrians into the small hours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed linen was clean and the room was tidy.
Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Breakfast was served without any consultation as to what I actually wanted. The was no soap etc in the room. Parking facilities are non existent.
Overall: Whilst the staff made the best of what they had, given the lack of parking and limited facilities I won't be staying again. (108455927)

Clean, pretty, fantastic view, great breakfast, easy access, helpful staff.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff and dog.
Too many stairs. Lack of rooms with wc.
Overall: For £60 per night in July it was value for money. Only fifty yards from sea front and beach. Very close to railway station. Lots of entertainment nearby. Forget the chineese (Jade Garden) across the road from pub. (107656259)
